About this position

The Role

As a Megabeetle  Business Developer, you will start with the customer in mind, work backwards, leverage data and optimize processes, to further drive awareness, purchase and loyalty for Megabeetle products and services. You will continuously review the capabilities to grow internal and external traffic and conversion for our products, as well as our product launches.

As a Business Developer, your role will be to develop our relationships with key providers and partners supporting our brand globally. You will be single-mindedly focused on closing new deals bringing new outstanding features at the best value to our customers. We are looking for a curious, creative thinker with solid project management skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. As a Creative Strategist, you are an excellent storyteller that is passionate about translating data insights into digital-first creative stories.
The successful Business Developer will be a problem solver who enjoys diving into our databases, is excited about difficult modelling challenges, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively interface between technical and business teams. As a  Business Developer, you will work with senior consultants that provide you with scientific guidance and help you to gain practical experience at the start of your career.


What you will do

o   Leading strategic deal-making effort to improve Megabeetle, global and regional partnerships offering to increase user acquisition and revenue.

o   Pitching and closing partnership deals, bringing the best products and features at the best value for our customers.

o   Identifying, negotiating, and closing awesome Perks for Megabeetle products offering.

o   Leading the relationship management effort with our current partners.

o   Craft insights-based creative strategies and projects for digital-first clients.

o   Proactively stay up-to-date with digital trends, platforms, tools, and processes.

o   Act as a creative advocate for digital marketing with clients and internal teams by articulating digital guidelines, needs, and best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related area
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
  •  Excellent business acumen

  • Capacity to assume responsibilities and take ownership of delegated tasks
