The Role

A DATABASE ANALYTICS SALES SPECIALIST possesses proven expertise in database development and sales management, and a strategic thinking that will contribute to drive the establishment of MegaBeetle as a reference in Analytics and Data Services.

What you will do

  • Think strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challenges;
  • Lead revenue and market share of MegaBeetle Analytics and Data Services;
  • Manage the end to end commercial process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Executives and Partners;
  • Accelerate customer adoption of MegaBeetle Analytics and Data Services;
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts;

Requirements

  • A technical background in engineering or computer science;
  • 10+ years of account management experience working with commercial or enterprise costumers selling software technology solutions;
  • 3+ years direct field experience in selling Analytics and Big Data products or services;
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale technology deals;
  • Proven track record of success driving adoption of new and disruptive technologies within costumers;
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction and prioritize while juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Strong self-starter who takes full responsibility and ownership of the task before them;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English Portugese);
  • Fun, friendly and professional demeanor;
  • Solid persuasive presentation skills;
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Computer skills, adaptability using apps you may be unfamiliar with;
  • Excellent relationship-building and influence skills;
  • Personable trustworthy;
  • Passionate about embracing challenges and create innovative solutions;
